South Ajax is a high demand area of Ajax, located on the shores of Lake Ontario. It is south of the hustle and bustle of midtown and the newly developed North, yet still accessible by car or transit to all amenities.

Bordered by the 401 to the North, Lake Ontario to the South, Lynde Creek to the East and Duffins Creek to the West, this beautiful area is perfect for all ages and appeals to homeowners for its beautiful, quiet attributes. Ajax is proud of it’s well planned transit system to get residents to and from the shops, GO Train and other destinations, however, most residents in the south (or lower Ajax as longtime residents say) do prefer to drive. Most amenities, such as Grocery, Banking and Coffee are not quite within walking distance, - but that's part of the appeal!
